Setting the rsb port and host via the webview does not work and causes strange effects

In case the configuration is changed, the binding tries to reinit all its rsb participants.
But the reinit is affected by some bugs on rsb level, therefore issue is blocked by:

• RSB does sometimes not activate participants when they were deactivated in advance. open-rsx/rsb-java#30
• Async send future is not canceled after remote server is deactivated. open-rsx/rsb-java#32
