目前 phenotype data 条目下还没有看到? 有在其他地方实现 subtype 的对比分析么?@lishensuo

另外已有 pancancer_conserved_immune_subtype 的数据

tcga_subtypes 的不知道也能否利用

老师,之前确实有考虑添加TCGA亚型分析,主要遇到的问题在于不同肿瘤的分型类别都不相一致,难以应用统一的分析步骤。
比如tcga_subtypes中:

关于pancancer_conserved_immune_subtype ,自己之前确实是忽略了。其中主要信息是否主要为pancancer_conserved_immune_subtype$phenodata$Immune.Subtype列?

另外就是,我好像没有在data-raw中找到pancancer_conserved_immune_subtype数据集是如何产生的,所以不太清楚C1、C2,...指代的含义?

是的。我也不记得了。这里不同肿瘤方法和结果的类型是不同的,需要多考究原始文献和方法才行的。

这个分析的想法我昨天思考了下可以单独作为项目去做的,做好了可以再整合到这个工具里来。我们有空再仔细讨论。
