Detailed Description

Add an endpoint that run gets a auth token and hits the api

Context

good to check with can get an auth token
can use betteruptime to then check this works every 1 hour or so

Possible Implementation

add a hidden route that gets an auth token
could hit the api too (thought this seems a bit circular)
