Apache project uses JIRA we need to integrate it with JIRA

  1. We can fetch relevant details about when someone posting a JIRA LINK or a bounty
  2. Fetching PR's raised on the issues.
  3. Check status on the jira issues.
  4. Project maintainer closes the Issues on the jira considering closing the bounties on the platform.
  5. Project status is paid from the jira if Project maintainer marks the issues status as closed and paid
