The FAQ should have a "Why OCA ontology needed?" to help with awareness/participation/adoption. Ie why will having an OCA onotolgy make cybersecurity automation cheaper/better/faster?

NIEM has the following which, albeit NIEM is different, might serve as model text to emulte:

By providing consistent and reusable data terms, definitions, and processes, the NIEM
framework saves organizations vital resources by leveraging existing investments including
legacy systems and information sharing assets. Building future functions and operations on the
tested NIEM model allows for fast scaling with fewer barriers to interoperability. NIEM has been
widely adopted across diverse sectors and has contributed to many standards that improve
efficiencies on a large scale.
NIEM’s collaboration with OASIS allows for the expansion into international markets creating a
path for a larger pool of stakeholders and developers to contribute to the project and broaden
the content, which ultimately benefits current and future stakeholders. The NIEM Open Project
will be a model for a public-private partnership.

Ian, we have drafted verbiage to this effect before. Can you possibly find any samples to pull from? Thanks, Forrest
