ODH 2022 Goals

This ticket will track some of the high level goals we have for OpenDataHub in 2022.

See the main project board for general overview of all on-going work.

In order of priority (maybe not completion - that depends on many factors, but it should roughly go in this order). To see other on-going items which are not on the major feature items on the roadmap -- clean up and other little enhancements to the general dashboard or small enough features that don't warrant a full requirements doc -- see the label infrastructure (filter).
