Install the service without Kafka #38

Yesterday both udata and the search service have been updated so that kafka is not longer used. However, the data is now processed by some service called by udata, whose url is RESOURCES_ANALYSER_URI. Where is this or how can I install this? thanks

I managed to upgrade in our staging the search service without Kafka, but the events are not sent because we do not know what we should put in RESOURCES_ANALYSER_URI, what does this refer to, please?
