ODBC Driver 1.9.00

Hi, I need to download the windows ODBC driver for the 1.9 version.
I've tried to find it, but it seems that you can only get the last version at
[https://opendistro.github.io/for-elasticsearch/downloads.html]
(all the other links are pointing to the source code)

Is there a way to get the binaries (msi) ?
