Installation process is somewhat cumbersome. I propose to slightly restructure so that a simple pip install can be used.

Tested and improved the setup-branch. It works smooth from a clean Anaconda installation now.

Be aware the requirements in requirements_dev.txt cause conflicts in a fresh conda-installation. The requirements in the environment.yaml seem to work fine. I did not clean requirements_dev.txt
