Subject: [PATCH] build: make project-zebra branch the master branch for gocd
 backtracking...

Accomplished by deleting squash of PR #3847 (140b75f11) and setting tip
of project-zebra (eb1204d43) as master.

The common ancestor of project-zebra and master is 05404ebac, which is
the latest in master prior to 140b75f11.
