At the bottom of Learner Record is a statement with a hyperlink to the record’s “Help” page. This hyperlink will create open a new tab for the learner, but there is no hyperlink icon next to the text to make this visibly known for learners.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Add the hyperlink icon to the text, similar to what is seen in Profile for redirecting learners to Learner Record (example screenshot below)
