User Story
As an Open edX site operator, I want to re-word the link text and I want the option to hide the link to Superset on the Reports tab in the LMS from Course Delivery Teams (those without superuser permissions), so that I can control who will navigate to Superset from the LMS.

Acceptance Criteria
Given I am an Open edX site operator who has installed the Aspects plugin on my Open edX instance
When I as a superuser or anyone on my instance who has been added to a course with staff access accesses Aspects Data via the Reports link on the Instructor tab
Then I see a link labeled: View dashboards in Superset that when clicked takes me to Superset
And I as a site operator am able to hide this link to Superset from course staff if I choose to (the link is visible by default).
