At the Meetup on 2022-02-22, I mentioned the idea for a new Product Working Group and promised that I would circulate a draft proposal for feedback. That proposal is here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1u-2ScDQlR1riE5TtRv-6xN28fKIKv9rATOzr9rjwZ1w/edit

Though the scope of the proposed Product Working Group is largely outside the remit of the Contributor's Meetup, the need for such a WG arose during the Meetup conversation on 02-22, and I think it might be worth adding the topic again to the 03-08 agenda. I would love to hear feedback on the proposal and discuss next steps re: setting up the new WG and defining how it intersects/supports/complements the Contributors Meetup and the other working groups.
