Since we are not scaling the heat demands and district heating shares to our values in pypsa-eur anymore we need to make sure that the data from pypsa-eur is used in our scenario.

I just manually inserted the data from pypsa-eur, so when things change in pypsa-eur, they are not directly transferred to powerd-data. This is not the perfect solution, but it was way quicker than the perfect-automized option.

This issue is solved in the run-status2019-and-egon100 branch and can be closed when that branch is merged
