Description

FR prod does not have a statement_timeout yet. Let's set this at 240s

Acceptance Criteria & Tests

How can we test this ?

How can we test this?

Provision a server, and check that ofn_user has the right value for statement_timeout option:

SELECT rolname, rolconfig FROM   pg_roles WHERE  rolname = 'ofn_user';

 rolname  |        rolconfig
----------+--------------------------
 ofn_user | {statement_timeout=240s}

Hi @jibees , is this still in development? I don't see a PR, and it doesn't look like the ofn_user has a statement_timeout in the codebase yet.

Also, I'm wondering if this is intended to be FR-specific, or could be applied to all hosts. If 240s works for FR then I think it would be suitable for all hosts.

Maybe we'd like to make a way for instance managers to update these settings individually... but better to have general rules if we can.

Sorry, it was a mistake!

I wanted to put this to improve performance on fr-prod, but yes, why not actually putting this configuration to all instances.

@jibees so we keep this issue open and we change the title or we need another issue?
