Implement support of v1.0.1

Specs for v1.0.1 are available here:

In first review of the specs, these differences were observed:

• There are four new tests:
  • Abstract Test 11 /conf/core/fc-md-links
  • Abstract Test 12 /conf/core/fc-md-items
  • Abstract Test 13 /conf/core/fc-md-items-links
  • Abstract Test 14 /conf/core/fc-md-extent
• The enumeration of the abstract tests changed for all following tests.
• Test method changed in those tests (abstract test enumeration of new spec is used):
  • Abstract Test 2 /conf/core/crs84
  • Abstract Test 16 /conf/core/sfc-md-success
  • Abstract Test 18 /conf/core/fc-bbox-definition
  • Abstract Test 21 /conf/core/fc-limit-response

A more detailed comparison should still be done.

Same review must be done for OGC API - Features - Part 2: Coordinate Reference Systems by Reference corrigendum (18-058r1).
