Add Author to blog posts

It would be useful to display the author's name at the top of a blog post instead of putting it in italics at the end. A common format is for the author's name to appear in-line with the publish date (see #26 ). Wordpress has an 'Author' field in the backend along with a display name.

I would like to get in the habit of assigning blog posts to the actual author instead of doing them all by the admin. Edits and multiple posts from one admin account will get quite confusing as we get more Wordpress users.

I purposely left this out, since we want a consistent voice? Different authors confused this. It also costs us continuity when someone leaves the org.
