Not an analysis, just a preparation function.

Input:

Timeseries
Timetable of categories (Day/Night, Open/Closed/Preparation, Weekday/Weekend, Holiday/Work, see Consumption vs. Activity (Categorical) #26)
=> Can be a daily schedule, weekly, ...

Output:
DataFrame with a column per category?
