Apple Watch error ‘Sitemap without title’ after 3.0.8 (30)

After updating to the Testflight 3.0.8 version, the Apple Watch app gives the error “Sitemap without title”.
This only happens when I am using mobile connection. Local connection works fine.

Resyncing the settings or force restartig the app does not solve the issue.
The watch sitemap loads fine in the iPhone app.

I am running the app on an Aplle Watch Unltra with latest updates.

The header of my sitemap is as follows:

I reinstalled the 3.0.7 version and this version has the same issueon my remote connection.
After installing 3.0.6 the sitemap on my Apple Watch loads again. I am still on a mobile remote connection.

The probleem was also introduced between. 3.0.6 and 3.0.7.
