Improve voice output of "list openhab items"

Hi there,

I would suggest an improvement of the output of the list openhab items.
An example output with the current implementation:

Found the following items: Lights: Balcony Light, Dining Room Light Current Temperature: Living Room Temperature Current Humidity: Living Room Humidity

This gives the impression that "Dining Room Light Current Temperature" is one item. Instead it's "Dining Room Light" and the next type "Current Temperature"

Adding full stops at the end of each group would be my idea for improvement. In the above example:

Found the following items: Lights: Balcony Light, Dining Room Light. Current Temperature: Living Room Temperature. Current Humidity: Living Room Humidity.

Now, there is a sufficient pause after each item.
