Why this feature?

目前负责的项目，要求对图片、视频进行严格的审核认证，需要对违规图片、视频进行拦截替换。

Suggested Solution

目前webbook 有对群聊和单聊间的文字有相关回调。再增加一个对图片地址的替换

Why this feature?

The project I am currently responsible for requires strict review and certification of pictures and videos, and the interception and replacement of illegal pictures and videos.

Suggested Solution

Currently webbook has relevant callbacks for text in group chats and single chats. Add another replacement for the image address
