When testing base:

chefspec             | [2013-09-22T07:28:07+00:00] WARN: found a directory files in the cookbook path, but it contains no cookbook files. skipping.
chefspec             | .[2013-09-22T07:28:07+00:00] WARN: found a directory templates in the cookbook path, but it contains no cookbook files. skipping.

But they aren't... 😕
