I did a test upload for Lake Manapouri and noticed one of the polygons in the middle was wrapped the wrong way. (and holes for islands within it reversed too) see workslices 1094,1095.
I fixed it by hand, but something to keep an eye out for when checking out other lakes which may contain splits. I've noticed the same thing in braided rivers, but didn't do anything to fix them as they are so complicated, and the wrap direction seems to be more historical than needed by mapnik these days.

I don't know yet, Manapouri is the first of the big lakes I've tried. I haven't noticed anything wrong in the smaller lakes on spot inspections, but haven't looked particularly hard for the problem til now.
