Here are a couple of my quick first impressions:

• The dense grid of previous years' budgets (via Visualizations nav) is visually overwhelming, hard to quickly parse
• I ❤️ the external links to supporting resources (5-yr forecast and Series of Public Forums), but
  why do 5-yr forecast and Series of Pub Forums do target=_blank while Tweets about #Oakbudget opens in same window?
• The Who We Are page names and links to the wrong org, Code for Oakland

Thanks again for taking the time to do this. I love the idea of replacing all the graphs on the Visualizations page with a UI that doesn't show everything at once. That is definitely worthy of being its own issue. The two other things you pointed out could be corrected fairly easily, so they would be perfect for anyone who is getting started.
