Depending on the datasource, it seems there are different properties returned. Maybe it would be beneficial for users of the IRS2 to unify those?
e.g. Butyrylcholinesterase finds targets from ChEMBL (maybe add the "inDatasource" parameter as well?) A2A-receptor from Uniprot.
The differences:
Chembl - Uniprot
"Description" for the name of the protein - "label" and "fullName" for the name of the protein
"label" and "chemblId" for the ID - "mnemonic" for the ID (but not the one that is used in the URI), the accession number is not available.
"organism" - organism is not available from uniprot! only encoded in the mnemonic property
"altLabel" for synonyms, but it seems only chembl target components have alternative labels, chembl targets do not have it - no synonyms available from uniprot!
