It might be nice not to rely on another tool for CLA agreement. Maybe this could work for now instead... https://github.com/marketplace/actions/cla-assistant-lite

Ugh, how annoying. I was thinking of building it in anyway, CLAHub was never particularly great UX. Thanks for the action thing, I'll take a look.

I'd better remove the link from the submission process asap I guess.

Not really sure what I'm doing but I think #994 will replace the clahub accept button with a view CLA button if there's a cla.html page in the manifesto. If that's any use.
