United Kingdom public holidays not included

UK public holidays are available at https://www.gov.uk/bank-holidays.json, it would be really useful to include these in your database.

It does not include school holidays, which are a bit variable in the UK as they are (for state schools) actually set by counties, not country as explained on https://www.gov.uk/school-term-holiday-dates.
