Situation: I want to create a new code. I click on "Add Code"
What happens: a new code is created in the sidebar, the code is given some random name, the cursor is active right after the text. This is a very weak visual cue, also the new code is not easily seen in larger codebooks.
What should happen: a modal panel pops up and asks for the code name. There is an empty input field "Code Name", if I do not have selected anything in the text window. If I have selected something in the window, the text is already in the input field "Code Name" (in vivo coding). I have to edit the code name and click "Save". If I do not provide a code name or if the code name is already existing, I get an error message ("Please provide a code name", "This code name already exists in this codebook"
