Describe the bug

I am unable to use the GUI to set an action to remove the alias "elastiflow-flow-codex-2.3-rollover". No special characters are allowed anywhere even though it does not show the '-' or '.' in the error response. I was able to add with url encoding but it did not show as unencoded in the json. I was able to edit the json to add the dashes and period therefore I assume this is a dashboards issue. I am not sure if this behavior persists throughout the web application.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create or edit new ISM policy.
  2. Add or edit state.
  3. Add or edit action and select remove alias.
  4. I selected remove alias.
  5. Type in the alias name.

Expected behavior
Current alias should be allowed to be selected or dashes and periods
