As a user on dedicated, I may want to have my cluster auto-updated to the latest vetted golden image.

Couple ideas to accomplish this:

Use a cluster version that is updated by an openshift administrator when the latest vetted golden image is released.
Have a out-of-band process that updates every cluster using the cluster version with the older vetted golden image to the cluster version with the latest vetted golden image.
