Delete option on OSIO deployments page should require users to confirm deletion

The deletion is not yet implemented, but, when it is implemented, it should require users to confirm each deployment.

Submitting a bug against a non-complete feature may end up cluttering our issue list. Far more preferred that this is simply a child Feature of the parent Experience. It's not a bug until the Experience is marked done, the Experience calls out this Feature, and the Feature is not implemented (or not working correctly).

Given that #287 has a design which explicitly calls out https://redhat.invisionapp.com/share/YSDL0KRKW#/screens/273202263, and #287 is still Open, I'd recommend closing this 'bug' as premature. Perhaps a gentle reminder comment on #287 would be more useful?
