1. Dave will be on sabbatical throughout December, seeking a volunteer to lead the OpenSHMEM WG until Naveen returns.

2. Last time Larry Stewart proposed we talk about long term OpenSHMEM strategy and what are the standards for API proposals (e.g., working reference code?). He may be unable to lead this today, so asked to defer for next time (i.e., after SC24/Thanksgiving). Shall we pencil it in for Dec. 5th?

3. Last time Clarete kindly volunteered to organize the WG around memory spaces, memory handles, multiple heaps; to target fabric-attached-memory, external memories, etc. Here are some resources - please feel free to move as needed:
