New openstreetmap-carto release, v3.0.0 #105

A new version of openstreetmap-carto, v3.0.0, has been released.

Deployment-related this release are

  • Mapnik 3 is required
  • The shapefile download script is now a python script
  • CartoCSS >= 0.16.0 is required, and the Mapnik version needs to be specified, e.g. carto -a "3.0.0"
