Add a Reset button to the map layers panel #5660

Add a Reset button to the map layers panel, where I placed the "R",

That way, when the user sees the weird colors at "W", they won't panic.

The Reset button ("Restore defaults") would also choose the standard mapnik layer.

As well as clearing the three checkboxes way at the bottom of that panel,

Map Notes
Map Data
Public GPS Traces

The latter of which the user might need several minutes to find, especially if it was off the screen on smaller laptops.

Yes, they pushed it yesterday, and then forgot all about it, and all they know is now things are messed up.
