🚀 Feature request

The task is to support SharedQuantizationSpec in the nncf/experimental/torch/fx/quantization/quantize_pt2e.py after it will be merge to the develop (#3121)

Feature Use Case

Support of the SharedQuantizationSpec is required to support torch.ao quantizers (like XNNPACKQuantizer or ArmQuantizer)
