Support chip Windbond W25Q32 (4 MiB, JEDEC ID: EF 4016)

Good afternoon.
You can add support for the chip Windbond W25Q32 (4 MiB, JEDEC ID: EF 4016) in the code ?
I have a great desire to write an instruction for editing modems on chip's BR63xx in the OpenWrt.
Adding a new model of the device with the necessary memory and flashes I can do.
But I do not have a bootloader and I do not understand how to write support for this chip in the code.
