luci-app-wifischedule: naming

Actual behaviour

Little thing, but irritating. From several versions, the name of the service is written in small letters "wifischedule" , instead of correctly "WiFi Schedule" (as it has been in recent years.). With a large number of services, something like this reduces the readability of the menu.

Expected behaviour

Fix service name: wifischedule -> WiFi Schedule
