Configure IPAM : Image error

Hi Team,
i am doing POC to implement the IPAM tool in our environment ,below error is coming during ipam image deployment, Please suggest

The user-provided container failed to start and listen on the port defined provided by the PORT=8080 environment variable. Logs for this revision might contain more information. Logs URL:

using below git code and using "us-docker.pkg.dev/ox-ipam-autopilot/ipam-autopilot/ipam-autopilot:af7742b" image

these are below steps, have followed

1. Created cloud sql (mysql) instance and ipam database
2. created cloud run service using above image and configured required environment variable as per the module
3. Cloud run service failed to created with above error message
