Can't shot blame with error : "svn: E020024 ..."

I'm using vscode with remote wsl2, I know such infomation could be too few to find out the causes, but I don't know how to get more useful info. If anyone could tell me what info I should given or how can I get it, it will be very helpful to me, thanks!

Fine, I removed this by vscode direct connnecte to wsl2 to show svn blame instead of using windows access wsl2 file by network.
And I encounter Issue 5 too ; _ ;
