Add Media section with logos etc.

@sbwalker I would like to add a section to the docs containing Oqtane and Blazor logos so people can easily create blog posts etc. with reasonable quality logos etc. is that ok for you?

Do you have so original EPS or SVG with the logo I could share there? Otherwise I'll just share my versions I found and enhanced from online sources.

@iJungleboy Hello, I hope all has been well! I would like to see what we can do to create a media pack for Oqtane as well to help everyone showcase Oqtane.

@sbwalker Is there a way you can create a PR with an assets folder in the docs source root as src/assets and drop what you can if this sounds like a plan? Maybe this is not the location but @iJungleboy can provide a clear direction here.

I will create an issue for any publication materials if there is a link where this stuff is generally provided on the website. Even if it is a copy and past response, give best image you can for a screen snippet. I believe some of your slides for example can be used in our documentation to help enhance. I used a slide you shared recently on automated upgrades and created an upgrade.md file to help visually explain this entire process more in detail in PR #57 .

I have been wanting to use some Oqtane svg icons for logos, we need a set created for different sizes and purposes from fav icons to something that can be used for print.

@iJungleboy I believe as I was discussing we could create an assets folder in the root of the src folder to hold these items. We can just make a page that shows all the images with descriptions of each after. media.md and put a link just in the root toc.yml.

We should create a wish list as we should be able to create everything needed for both web and mobile along with print if possible. Industry standard file sizes and formats with device types of all kinds covered. If someone runs across one they need, put in a request we can put it in if someone can contribute it.

After working here a little more deeply engaged in oqtane.docs enhancements over past week I find this worth thinking of prioritizing soon.
