Steps to upgrade from v1.0.3 to v1.0.4

• All nodes stop at a specific height
• Backup your data to a different directory
• Checkout tag v1.0.4
• Install the new binary using make install in the module/ directory
• Validate if the new binary is installed successfully by gravity version. It should show v1.0.4
• Fix commit_timeout to 1s to reduce block time
• Start the node again
