Incorrect description of the --no-tty flag for oras discover

What happened in your environment?

The description of the --no-tty flag for the oras discover command in the help docs is "do not show progress output", which is not appropriate, because oras discover does not have status output anyway.

What did you expect to happen?

The description could be something like "disable terminal-specific output"?
