Support Vibrancy (Mac) and backgroundMaterial (Windows) when creating a window

To give extra app design options while remaining consistent across OS's, support for Vibrancy on Mac and backgroundMaterial (Windows) would be helpful. It adds a blur to apps with transparent or semi-transparent backgrounds so that items on the desktop or apps open behind don't distract user attention.

Please consider supporting on both OS's.
