Does Create Music Playlist ins Segmented downloads create a playlist file?

Does the Create Music Playlist checkbox create a file? and if so, where is it located?
Is it possible to import the playlist( with music order ) to other music players?

I chose to download a segmented audio with Playlist checkbox in a folder, and the order of tracks is preserved as long as I play the folder in SongTube, but as soon as I change to a different media player such as AIMP or VLC the order of tracks is not preserved.

Note: the playlist is important to keep order of tracks when the audio files can only make sense if they are in sequence. Not downloading one combined file because it is convenient to move forward or backward between tracks
