System Configuration Details:

KP, DP, DB, Yarn, Jenkins, Other-Services: Ubuntu 18.04 LTS, 4vCPU, 16GB RAM, 250 GB HDD
Google Kubernetes engine: 1.21.12-gke.2200 with 4 worker nodes. Note: Currently Sunbird is not compatible with K8s APIs >= 1.22 and we have checked this
All systems are running on GCP
Github Release Tag: release-4.6.0_RC2

PS: The above message was repeated for all the definitions and finally failed. This is after, the tomcat installation was successful and also the deploy learning step was successful.

@keshavprasadms and @AmiableAnil: This problem was solved. What I figured out was that the learning-service shares the same vm as the zookeeper service as per the install documentation. Now zookeeper also listens on port 8080 and the host not found error was because we were hitting the zookeeper port, rather than the tomcat port. I changed the server of learning-service to some other hosts and it was solved.

@keshavprasadms and @AmiableAnil: if I undeploy and redeploy the learning-service app, I get the following log in the catalina.out. Apart from this I don't even see any logs about what can be going wrong here:
