Describe the Bug
an 'invalid hash' error is sent back to dApp when connecting with multi-sig wallet via wallet connect on Network Arbitrum one

Reproduction Steps

1. Connect dApp to Cobo safe(https://argus.cobo.com/) through wallet connect
2. Send the transaction
3. The transaction executed

Expected Behavior
a receipt object instead of an 'invalid hash' error with an error message
