Since 11 p.m. last night until 5 a.m. this morning, it has remained in this status, and it still is. I have tried switching to different network environments and operating systems, but nothing has worked.

Kruw publishes both, but both offer different services.

Go to Settings -> Advanced, here you have the backend URI.
If it is https://coinjoin.kruw.io/, try try changing to https://api.wasabiwallet.io/.
If it is https://api.wasabiwallet.io/ try changing to another backend provider such as Kruw (remember backend and coordinator are 2 different things but Kruw provides both) https://coinjoin.kruw.io/

The endpoint you are trying doesn't exist so for sure it will return 404

Try curl -I https://api.wasabiwallet.io/api/v4/btc/blockchain/mempool-hashes

I checked, we don't have any incident on our server, problem is on your side.
You can try to:

1. Perform the steps I mentioned here: Backend is not connected #13527 (comment)
2. Change your DNS settings or something like that
3. Check your Logs, there might be detailed information

There is nothing I can do, sorry. Let us know if you manage to make it work again!

So could you tell me exactly which URL makes the backend show as 'is connected'? I want to manually test the connectivity of this URL to see where the issue is.

We changed server and I forgot to add a rule to redirect with nginx, but correct URL is https://api.wasabiwallet.io/swagger/index.html
