[Heroku] Promoting an app using the Anycable-go buildpack

Hi Anycable team 👋,

I noticed something super weird, probably not related to the AnyCable Heroku buildpack.

Alright, so I followed your Heroku tutorial which advised to create a pipeline and this is what I did.

In "staging", everything works perfectly. I also created my anycable-go Heroku application for production with the correct Heroku buildpack.
Again, the anycable-go production app worked flawlessly the first time when I deployed it from the Github repository.
However, now, if I try to release a new version of the anycable-go prod app by promoting it from the staging app version, for some reasons, I miss the anycable-go binary in my app. The only solution I found is to force a manual deployment...Not ideal.

Have you guys noticed a such issue? thanks!

Nope, I haven't heard about this problem. As far as I understand, the "Promote to production" feature should deploy the same compiled slug, thus, including the anycable-go binary.

What is the error message you see in the logs?

Hmm, I tried again today and this time, I didn't get the missing anycable-go binary error.
Absolutely no idea what changed since the last time.

Can you open an SSH session within a production app and see if anycable-go could be found (which anycable-go)?

You can also login into a working app and see where it should be stored.
