Hi everyone,
first of all, thank you for an amazing open-source project. We've been playing with Chatwoot and seriously considering using it in our ecommerce business.
However, we're facing a little issue with configuration of the remote storage.
We'd like to use S3 storage, however, by default Chatwoot uploads to the root of the bucket. Is there any chance to change this behavior and make it upload to some specific directory (and it's subdirectories)? For example
/chatwoot
directory. I've checked environment variables mapping in theconfig
folder and could not find anyhting.I'd prefer not to purchase separate S3 bucket since there's not a ton of attachments sent and having separate bucket seems like a waste to me.
Thank you in advance!
