Default environment variables not populated in Codespaces

This documentation lists environment variables that should always be set in Codespaces. As far as I can tell, GIT_COMMITTER_EMAIL and GIT_COMMITTER_NAME are not set. (All the other listed environment variables are present, so I'm pretty sure I'm looking in the right place.) This isn't a huge blocker because this data does seem to be available via git config --system user.email and git config --system user.name, but it'd be nice if the docs reflected this.
